General Information
This privacy policy applies to the website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) operating at: www.bezdram.pl
This privacy policy describes the principles of personal data processing on the Website.
The Personal Data Controller, within the meaning of personal data protection regulations, is: BEZDRAM Sp. z o.o.
The Controller’s email address is: cyber@bezdram.pl.
The Administrator undertakes to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, 1669) (hereinafter referred to as the Act), and other relevant data protection regulations.
To ensure the security of personal data, the Administrator has implemented appropriate security measures and technical measures to ensure the highest level of personal data protection. Furthermore, the Controller has implemented data protection procedures and policies compliant with the GDPR, ensuring the legality and reliability of all data processing and the enforceability of personal data rights. Where necessary, the Controller cooperates with the supervisory authority in the Republic of Poland, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Protection Office).
The Operator is the Controller of personal data with respect to the data voluntarily provided on the website.
The Website collects the following personal data:
- name, email address, and telephone number – to respond to inquiries and contact you if necessary
- device IP address, connection time – the IP address (and other information contained in system logs) is used by the Controller for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes.
The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
- by storing cookies on end-user devices.
Information in Forms
The website uses personal data to process inquiries via the contact form, to present offers or information, and for remarketing purposes.
The website collects other data provided voluntarily in the content of the inquiry submitted via the contact form.
In some cases, the website may store information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user completing the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
The website collects cookies to tailor website content to individual user preferences and to compile statistics on user preferences and behavior. These statistics are anonymous and allow for the adaptation of website content to current trends and the assessment of the website’s popularity.
Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possesses the key to read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.
An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.
Hosting
The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s server: Your rights and additional information on how data is used.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that I do not transfer it outside the European Union.
I do not share any personal data with third parties without the express consent of the data subject. Personal data may be shared without the consent of the data subject only with public law entities, i.e., government and administrative bodies (e.g., tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other entities authorized by generally applicable law).
As the Personal Data Controller, I entrust my personal data for processing to:
- the entity providing hosting services for the website;
- 2. the entity providing accounting services to the personal data controller.
Personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Controller:
- access to your personal data – the right to be informed about what data is being processed and for what purpose;
- rectification, updating, or correction of your personal data – if your personal data is outdated or has been entered incorrectly due to an error;
- Data erasure (right to be forgotten) – the right to have personal data deleted by the Controller and entities to whom the data was made available;
- Restriction of personal data processing – personal data is only stored by the Controller until the matter is resolved;
- Data portability – the right to obtain data in a computer-readable format and the right to transmit such data in such format to another controller. This right applies only if the basis for data processing was consent (e.g., to subscribe to a newsletter) or the data was processed automatically;
- Objection to personal data processing, as referred to in Article 21 of the GDPR – to the processing of personal data for the purposes of pursuing legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. The right to object will not be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
You may file a complaint against the Administrator’s actions with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.
Administrator Logs
Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration purposes.
Important Marketing Techniques
- The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With respect to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user’s behavior on the website. This may create the illusion that the user’s personal data is being used to track them. However, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising providers. The technological requirement for such activities is that cookies be enabled.
- The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that a given registered user is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data for which it is the administrator. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.

The website www.bezdram.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Service, uses “cookies.”
Cookies are computer data, specifically text files, stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for use with the Service’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
A Device is an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Administrator’s website.
A User is an entity for which, in accordance with legal provisions, services may be provided electronically or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

- to optimize the website, as well as for statistical or advertising purposes;
- to adapt the website to the User’s preferences and the device they use, because Cookies, by recording the User’s activity, also recognize their device.
